We are dedicated to empowering people of all ages to reach their full potential, both on our mat and in life. Full service, friendly, family martial arts academy. We are a husband and wife team with a combined 90+ years of martial arts experience.

We teach a versatile mixed martial arts system, unique to us. Our students are taught the most practical elements of various martial arts disciplines, including our own ideas and concepts, in one complete program. Over our many combined years of teaching, this approach has and continues to consistently develop students who are proficient in multiple areas of self defense - including blocking, striking, takedowns, grappling and submission.
