Cleanliness Bang for your Buck Parking & Accessibility
I want this message to be clear in regard to CUSTOMER SERVICE because that can make a consumer return and or spread the word. My event was a graduation party. I explained that in the beginning. The tables had little cups for little kids and Happy Birthday was written on it. The minute we set foot in this establishment the person had a very nasty attitude. It was HOT in the skating rink. I paid for a private room. I paid to bring my own food. I had to open up my bags. That wasted time. I paid for a service and I’m grown so I am not going to break the rules. The snack area could’ve at least provided me and my guest with more than 1 pitcher of water. If this is a new business they should try to do some house cleaning with their staff. I had to keep going to get water. I had to ask them to turn on the A/C. I was sweating just walking around. I will NEVER go there again.
