Michelle Gadaleta, owner of DDT, is striving for Double Dyme to be known as a neighborhood “dive-bar”, however she has great taste in food, wine and spirits (particularly tequila) and is an amazing cook at home. She wants to bring her passions to her hometown neighborhood. Growing up on Laurel Street and going to Sayreville High School, she is back in her hometown putting out her favorite home cooked meals!
